Season 2010/2011 kicked off in style at our Junior Rugby Family Day on August 22nd, 2010. We will continue to meet for 1 hour sessions every Sunday at 1:00 during term-time. Everyone is welcome, no experience is necessary, the more the merrier. If you have any questions then please send an email to mini@bishoptonrugby.com .
  It was a day everyone at the club was looking forward to and, as luck should have it, Sunday, 1st November turned out to be a very appropriate day for our new mini/midi section to be ‘launched’.
It must have been the wettest day of the year so far and it was difficult to find areas of the pitch to train where the coast guard weren’t providing weather warnings! However, we were delighted to welcome 11 hardy and enthusiastic children on the day who all had decided to defy the elements for an hour full of puddles, mud and rugby games.
The fun continues each Sunday from 1pm to 2pm for boys and girls in Primary 4 to Primary 7 – you’ll be made very welcome (even when the weather isn’t so inviting!) Membership of the mini/midi section is free and a membership form is available for download from the club website or at the Sunday sessions. We look forward to seeing you there.
